He shared his experience in developing mobile health applications through the example of MedM Company, an SPB TV affiliate, and his view on how the industry will advance. The IT breakfast was moderated by the director of Electronic Communications Association Sergey Plugotorenko and president of RUSSOFT non-commercial partnership Valentin Makarov. Russian Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications Nikolay Nikiforov gave the final speech of the event.

"To implement the project and guarantee the quality of the playback, we needed a credible technological partner that could deliver heavy 360° video content to our mobile audience. Therefore, we elected SPB TV Rosing as the most relevant solution for our needs. As we continue to develop our joint project, its results are available on Android smartphones via the SPB TV application, and on big TV screens connected to the SPB TV Home set top box."
