This August, MTS is launching an application for all owners of TVs with Internet access - MTS TV. The application was developed by the CIS mobile TV leader, SPB TV. According to SPB TV's general director, Kirill Filippov, this is not the first example of their partnership, as SPB TV earlier developed for the operator an application for TV viewing on mobile devices. Filippov did not detail any figures regarding the app development, as it "was developed not from the ground up."
